Shipping Policy

We’ll make every effort to reach you through email and SMS to confirm your approval. If we don’t hear back after multiple reminders, we’ll proceed with printing and shipping your portrait to the address provided.

Once approval is received, if the portrait has already gone into production or shipped, and you request a revision afterward, we’re happy to offer a reproduction at a reduced rate. However, a free replacement won’t be possible, as the portrait was either approved or moved forward in the absence of a response

Our current estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for orders within the US and 5-12 for Canada and the rest of EU.

This may increase slightly during the holidays due to our carriers.
